The Company is a family-owned, New York food distributor with approximately 80% of its revenue from fresh produce. It also sells dairy, meat and paper products.

 

Twenty-four employees operate out of a 30,000 square foot warehouse and serve over 500 restaurants, schools, retailers and distributors.

 

COVID-19 Impact

The company reduced staff in response to the pandemic, but was able to remain profitable. On-going labor constraints will prevent the Company from fully restoring pre-pandemic revenue, but price increases are contributing to strong margins in 2021.
