After more than 30 years and 16 straight “Best Bakery” awards from Seven Days newspaper, Mirabelles is seeking new owners who will care for their staff, their loyal customers and the Mirabelles brand.
Mirabelles makes and sells croissants, pastries, tarts, cakes and entrees in their South Burlington facility. They also sell frozen, ready-to-bake croissants and pie dough to more than 25 specialty grocery stores throughout the state.
The 20-person staff is engaged, experienced and cross-trained. The spirited team works hard, they have fun, and they enjoy interacting with the enthusiastic customers who love the bakery.
As successful as Mirabelle's has been, there are significant avenues for growth in both retail and wholesale channels.
