Mirabelles makes and sells croissants, pastries, tarts, cakes and entrees in their South Burlington facility. They also sell frozen, ready-to-bake croissants, pie dough and puff pastry to more than 25 specialty food stores throughout the state. 

 

After more than thirty years and 16 straight “Best Bakery” awards from Seven Days, the owners are looking ahead to the next phase of their lives and have engaged Venture 7 Advisors to find a new owner for the Company.
